Family Garden Inn & Suites

Family Garden Suites gives a different vibe to customers. Instead of the cold corporate, cookie cutter experience, Family Garden gives a more homey atmosphere to its guests. For one, it hosts an evening happy hour in its cabana hut near the pool. This alone gives a very inviting touch to the experience. The pool is surrounded by gardens and is welcoming. 'the office stocks a variety of food and drinks to sell to its guests, so that you dont have to get in the car and drive anywhere for last minute food items. the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Cynthia, the manager sets a very welcoming vibe for her staff so that everyone seems happy to work there. They offer some business center tasks to its customers, too. Laundry machines fully functional. great pool, hot tub. coffee available late into morning in office.

This was our 2nd time staying. I love the response I was met with when I had a issue with our room. We got in late and waited to resolve issue in morning. Cynthia the manager was amazing and went over and beyond to figure things out and then followed up and checked on us later! Even showed us more of the Hotel we hadnt seen our first stay! Beautiful waterfall, garden and loved the hot and cold tubs away from the lively pool. Room got nice and cold. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Jerry working overnights is awesome and glad we got to see him during both stays. He is easy to communicate with and very pleasant.

Rooms were set up pretty awesome. Once you entered, there was a bed, then the restroom followed, and the 2nd bed was at the end of the room. Having the restroom in the middle gives a little privacy to both beds, which I think is awesome. The hotel was clean and mostly well kept. There is a pool, playground, and gardens with a waterfall for families (kids) to enjoy, which is a plus. The hotel does a have "palapa" with happy hour, which includes free snacks for guests. Offering a breakfast is also a plus. The best part is having a late check out at 1pm so you don't feel rushed to leave.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious and comfortable, with two cozy beds that provided a great night's sleep. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the relaxing courtyard One of the highlights of my stay was the social gathering in the evening. It was a great way to meet other guests and enjoy some delicious food and drinks. The staff was friendly and attentive, and made sure everyone had a great time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The two beds, terrace, and social gathering in the evening all exceeded my expectations and made for a truly memorable experience. I can't wait to come back!
